Methamphetamine Dealer Arrested in Raymond

On October 23, 2008, The Pacific County Narcotics Enforcement Team served a search warrant relating to the sales of Methamphetamine in the City of Raymond. The warrant was served at a residence in the 400 block of Eighth Street in Raymond.

Officers from the South Bend Police Department, the Pacific County Sheriff's Office, and Raymond Police Department assisted in apprehending the suspect in the case and serving the warrant.

Everardo Quintana Villegas, age 35, was arrested in the Raymond area for his involvement in the sales of narcotics. Villegas was booked in to Pacific County Jail for three counts of delivering a controlled substance; Methamphetamine.

Suspected methamphetamine and scales were seized during the execution of the search warrant.

The deliveries were within 1000 feet of the Ninth Street Elementary School. Each delivery carries a two year sentence enhancement.
